The prosecutor likely didn't even want to take the case the grand jury to begin with and only did so out of public pressure so the whole argument of 'lack of justice' issue cuts both ways. Personally, I don't think this a winnable case for any prosecutor no matter how hell bent he or she would be on getting any charge to stick on Wilson.<br><br>How about 'involuntary manslaughter'? There was actually a case where an Oakland, CA police officer was convicted of involuntary manslaughter for fatally shooting a suspect who was face down on the ground supposedly resisting arrest. And guess what? or historical race issues at all. That was not their job. I did not expect them to indict for a racially related charge, and that shouldn't have been on the list of possible offenses.
