It was one of the biggest seed Cos in the US, went bankrupt in 1960, bought out by another co which went bankrupt, then bought by Dumas. The factory was at 103 N Almon, now being dismantled. I couldn't find the history of the company, but did find a marriage of a Washburn to a Wilson in the early oughts who operated the company.
