honoring the Idaho National Guard's 126th Engineer Company (located right here in Moscow) who served two tours in Iraq. I know this because I talk to people (people like Sergeant Von of the 126th and former Moscow Mayor Nancy Chaney, who, at least, made an
attempt by talking with some of the soldiers' family members).<o:p></o:p></p>
