</span>— </b>The City of Moscow is hosting the 4<sup>th</sup> annual iCount event on October 9, 2014.

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify">iCount is an event that focuses on collecting data about alternative transportation demographics. Data collected for the event is used for consideration in the development of plans regarding transportation and
active modes of alternative transportation. Furthermore, iCount has been developed to show the community the impacts of the non-motorized transportation alternatives and how they promote active living.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify">This event is made possible by volunteer counters. Our volunteers count the number of pedestrians walking, biking, and more around the City. The data, recorded by our volunteers, can then be collaborated to create
a visualization of the way in which citizens of Moscow utilize non-motorized transport.
