The City and
Chamber would like to provide a festive and enticing atmosphere for the September 26 event, as well

available area for a Sidewalk Café presence for an establishment. All other restrictions would still
apply. The establishment would be required to file an amended Sidewalk Café Licensed Area diagram
to the City Clerk with written permission from the neighboring business allowing the extension of the
area in front of the neighboring business. For those establishments permitted to serve alcohol, they
would need to apply for a catering permit with the City of Moscow in accordance with State liquor
regulations. It is proposed that fees for these adjustments for this event be waived.
