<div>Police in a lot of areas make a mistake in not getting actively involved in the community. They should organize ball games an other events, like the Newbill Child Safety program in Moscow. Art Lindquist is a Moscow City Policeman who lives in Genesee. He helped start the Genesee Recreational District and is it's Treasurer. He has also served as a City Councilman. If The police would take an active part in the community it would go a long way in defusing conflicts.</div>
