C.L. "Butch" Otter.</span></p><p style="margin: 12px 0px; padding: 0px;"><span style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0);">This is the second time this work group has supported expanding Medicaid to provide coverage to the state's working poor.
