Must be the heat and smoke making you folks cranky and crazy. <br><br>I've obviously missed a ton of reading over the weekend...most of which includes multiple posts about "changing the name" of the LISTSERVE. A time back, folks used to take the extended ninny-nit-picking-nuanced discussions off-list and among those who were interested.<br>
<br></div>I'd rather read (or at least have an opportunity to read) a variety of topics - and if only one member is taking the time to post such things, then fine. IMHO, that is preferable to seeing a non-stop string of whining with very little variation in the whine about a single topic. <br>
<br></div>This group ebbs and flows, but how about returning to the intelligent discussions, and fluffernutter ones, too, concerning all sorts of things. I especially love seeing the Moscow/Latah/Palouse-centric stuff - doesn't matter to me it if is news, politics, opinion, color, interest, recipes, photos, whatever...<br>
<br></div>Please don't destroy a valuable connection here, by one or two of you unhappy with certain posts. I've found that most of us are open to a bit of construction criticism and then self-censor when approached off-line. Let's remember our manners, not just the rules alone.<br>

days, so have missed some of this discussion. Granted Tom posts a lot,
but if you are not interested just delete them. I delete most of the Farmers
Market, Human Toll, and Christ Church Posts. I am hit and miss on Caturday.
It depends on how much time I have. But in general like the posts. As a
member of FIRE I advocate a free and open discussion. I post things from The
Smithsonian, Scientific American, Discover Magazine, National Geographic,
White Pine Native Plant Society, Stuff from Nutrition Publications and
Food Safety. They are probably not of interest to lot of people. Hopefully
