#1. “Fill The Theater!!” In case you missed this past Monday’s showing
of Episode #4, we had a great turnout and lots of conversation
afterwards. People wrote solutions to the question, “What will you do
about climate change” on post-it notes, then grouped the notes together.
It got everyone talking together, and a lot off energy in the room as
folks socialized. One outcome, was the buzz to “Fill the Theater.”

Section 125 of the Transportation, Housing and Urban Development (THUD)
Appropriations Bill for Fiscal Year (FY) 2015. This section, which
carves out special interest exemptions from federal truck size and
weight limits for Idaho, Mississippi and Wisconsin, has no place in an
appropriations bill. These riders have not been subject to any public
scrutiny, committee hearings, or adequate safety review and cost/benefit
analysis. Every minute and a half of every day, there is a large truck
crash. We urge you to remove this section and reject any similar
amendments which may be introduced.
