</span></b><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif"">The City of Moscow and the Moscow Arts Commission are seeking vinyl wrap designs for traffic boxes. All entries must be received by
<b>Monday, May 19, 2014 by 12:00pm</b>. <o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">This call is open only to individuals 18 years of age or older who live in Latah County, Nez Perce County, Asotin County, Whitman County, Nez Perce tribal members, or Coeur d’Alene tribal members.

<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">The winning entries become the property of the City of Moscow and the artist(s) will be required to sign an Art Purchase Agreement transferring all rights of the work to the City of Moscow and a Public Art Conservation Record. The selected
artist(s) will be paid a <b>$100 stipend </b>for each design selected.<o:p></o:p></p>
