How do I know that's laughable? I could get one! The class I took was at least eight hours. It was years ago so I don't recall if I fired 98 rounds, but I'm sure I was over 50. And that sure didn't prepare me for a firefight.<br><br>Maybe if 40+ hours, something like Gunsite offers, the enhanced permit might mean something. I have no sympathy for them given their absolute love of Red Meat politics, but they have nothing on professors who have to deal with unhinged students certain that a poor grade on an assignment is going to ruin their career opportunities for the rest of their lives, etc.<u></u><u></u></span></p>

I asked, "If you are allowed to make classroom rules such as no cell phones, no computer games, no eating, how is it that you won't be able to say "no guns in my classroom?" I suggested going to the union and having a statewide walkout. Instead, two of these friends, who are extremely capable and long term professors said they are applying for posts in other states. For them, this is the straw (disrespect) that is breaking the camel's back.<u></u><u></u></span></p>
