That's not what's happening in Idaho. <br><br>With campus carry, the enormous weight of the testimony at the Capitol was against the legislation. I am not saying polling on the issue does not exist, but I didn't see any. The legislature's vote did not represent the testimony they heard. That's typical. I said, Otter felt he had no choice but to sign the bill. Now though, he is
