Idaho has a ridiculously restrictive ban on same sex marriage that I think is extraordinarily ripe for picking off in a constitutional challenge. It just takes the right
set of circumstances to file suit and run it up the flagpole to the Supremes. With them being hammered with so many cases already, it's just a matter of time before they strike down the bans nationwide. It's a shame that we repeated the same mistake of the past. Inter racial marriage was banned in some states up until a 1967 SCOTUS ruling.<br clear="none"><br clear="none"><div>
