As for it being a "mega" mall, Tom needs to get real, there isn't the population base to support an extremely large mall. I believe there is a need for some retailers who aren't geared completely towards the under 30 crowd.<br clear="none">

Oh, and lets not forget, this will add an influx of cash into Moscow, as well. I'm sure a number of employees will be from Idaho, earning Washington wages and spending a portion of that cash here.<br clear="none">
