I don't want to live in a world where people attempt to stop certain shipments from using public roads for political reasons. The roads should be free (free as in speech, not necessarily free as in beer). Law abiding citizens should be able to use the roads whenever they wish, regardless of whether or not they are hauling equipment to a project that you don't agree with.<br clear="none"><br
clear="none">If the permit process is lacking, then that's an excellent discussion for whatever committee overseas public transportation in Idaho. It's just one that I'm not particularly interested in.<br clear="none"><br clear="none">Just my two
