style="margin:12px 0px;padding:0px;"><span style="">BOISE, Idaho (AP) - Two gigantic loads of oil production equipment headed for Montana remained stationary in Idaho on Friday for a second consecutive day.</span></div><div style="margin:12px 0px;padding:0px;"><span style="">Idaho State Police say one of the shipments is parked on U.S. Highway 20 east of Arco.
