</b>The Moscow Police Department, in conjunction with law enforcement agencies throughout Idaho and Washington, are increasing patrols directed at reducing the number of impaired drivers this holiday season.</div>

<div class="yiv9033400211MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">The Moscow Police Department will be participating in patrols directed at the enforcement of the State’s impaired driving laws from December 20th to January 3rd. Directed patrols dedicated to decreasing impaired
driving often yield violations other than the ones targeted. </div>
