</b>On Thursday, November 21th, 2013 at 08:07 a.m., officers with the City of Moscow Police Department, and firefighters with the Moscow Volunteer Fire Department responded to a reported structure fire at 2113 South Main Street in Moscow, Idaho. The single
story structure at that location is a satellite office of District 2 Probation and Parole Department.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify">It has been determined the fire was intentionally set, based on the findings at the scene. Anyone who observed suspicious activity around the building Thursday morning November 21st before 8 a.m. or has any information
about this felonious act is asked to call 208.882.COPS (2677) or the Cities anonymous tip line at 208.892.3898. The Moscow Police Department is offering a reward of up to $1,000 dollars for information that leads to the identification and arrest of the person(s)
responsible for this structure fire.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify">The Idaho State Fire Marshall’s Office, through the Northwest Insurance Council, is offering an additional $5,000 dollars reward to apprehend those responsible. Anyone who has any tips or knowledge as to who
may be responsible for setting the fire may also call the Idaho State Fire Marshall’s Office’s anonymous tip line at 1.877.75.ARSON (27766).<o:p></o:p></p>
