</b>The City of Moscow Police Department, in conjunction with agencies throughout the state, is focusing efforts to stop impaired drivers during this coming Thanksgiving holiday. Impaired drivers represent a risk to everyone on Idaho roadways. The goal of the
Impaired Driving Patrols is to have no more traffic fatalities on Idaho roadways. The Impaired Driving Patrols will take place from November 17 through November 29, 2013.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify">The results of drinking and driving are often tragic. Please consider the risks to yourself, your loved ones, and to other motorists. If your holiday celebration will involve alcohol, please designate a sober
