case, why was the law changed 19 times since being signed and passing<br>
a supreme court challenge with zero GOP input and with a goodly number<br>
of the changes being exemptions for Obama and dem friendlies?<br>

I'm thinking that if this is to be the new standard practice then<br>
once there is a Republican president in the whitehouse ( and there<br>
eventually will be, of course) using this new normal order optional<br>
process ought to be a hoot.<br>
