</b>The City of Moscow City Clerk’s office would like to inform the citizens of Moscow that notice is hereby given that the general election to be held in and for the City of Moscow, Idaho, will be held on Tuesday, November 5, 2013. The election will be held
for the purpose of electing three (3) council members for a term of four (4) years each and one (1) mayor for a term of four (4) years.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify">The deadline for filing a Declaration of Candidacy is now closed. Any candidate who wishes to run as a write-in must complete a Declaration of Intent for Write-in Candidates form specifying the office sought
and affirming that the individual is a qualified city elector, meaning: at least 18 years of age, a U.S. citizen, the candidate’s primary residence must be within the city, the address of the candidate’s voter registration must match the residence address
provided on the candidate’s declaration, and the candidate must have resided in the city for at least 30 days prior to submitting their declaration.
