again a mere 2 days later and chide all of those on the viz who you

I followed up with a cordial reply to you <a target="_blank">at 2:47</a>, and City staff has since addressed your concerns, and let you know that they will be reviewing the policy for placement of barricades. As government action goes, that’s a reasonably nimble response. In this circumstance, as City staff informed you, their objective was to not obstruct the sidewalk, and to place the barricades on City right-of-way.
