</b>The City of Moscow and the Moscow Parks and Recreation Commission invite the public to take advantage of a number of upcoming opportunities to review and comment on the draft Moscow Parks and Recreation Master Plan.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify">Parks and recreation facilities are an essential part of a healthy community environment. The purpose of the Moscow’s master plan is two-fold: first, to determine the community’s current and future needs for
improving, expanding, and enhancing its existing parks and recreation system; second, to establish an adopted systemized approach to park planning and development.
