<div dir="ltr">I haven't read any details about this, but there is a blue moon out tonight.  And we won't have another one until 2015.  Considering that it's Aug 20-21, there is max a 3 week window since the last full moon.  And with a 3 week window, it seems to me that this phenomenon would occur more than once in a blue moon.<br>                                    </div>
