Dunn, who was reportedly in Jacksonville for his son’s wedding, had pulled into the gas station where the teens were parked playing loud music.</span></p><p style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px 0px 15px; position: relative; width: 604px; "><span style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0);">While his girlfriend Rhonda Rouer went into the store, Dunn allegedly asked the teens to turn down the music and they refused. Police reports say that after a war of words, Dunn opened fire with his handgun, hitting the car eight times or nine times. When it was all over, 17-year-old Davis was dead.</span></p><p style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px 0px 15px; position: relative; width: 604px; "><span style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0);">Dunn fled the scene with his girlfriend and spent the night at a hotel. Rob Schoonover told NBC News that Dunn was arrested Nov. 24 at his home in Satellite Beach, Fla., and charged with one count of first-degree murder and three counts of attempted murder. She added that Dunn said he hated “thug music” when he heard the teens blasting their music from an SUV.
