soon as Saturday, July 20, 2013. The City of Moscow collection Franchisee, Latah Sanitation, Inc. will begin delivering roll carts in advance of the scheduled launch of the new garbage collection program slated to begin August 1, 2013. Residents are reminded
that the roll carts are not to be used as they will not be serviced or collected until August 1. </span></font></div>
