                            Zimmerman, Martin saw his weapon and they
                            fought for it and Zimmerman ended up

                            isn't around to give his side of events
                            (conveniently, I know) and since there is no
                            evidence to disprove this, they pretty much
                            had to acquit.? In my opinion, of course.?
                            To prove second degree murder, they would
                            have to disprove the self-defense defense
                            and show that he was unhinged enough to take
                            this opportunity to go kill Martin.? I
                            haven't seen any evidence of that, either.<br>
