How about this suggestion, hire teachers, pay them a livable wage, and supply them with materials to teach the children. Frankly I am surprised that Idaho even cares about education considering it spends so little money on education compared to about 45 other states and most of the modern world. </span></div>

<div style="margin:20px 0px;padding:0px;outline:0px;border:0px currentColor;vertical-align:baseline;max-width:620px!important"><span>A 31-member task force is charged with developing recommendations to improve public education in the state.</span></div>
<div style="margin:20px 0px;padding:0px;outline:0px;border:0px currentColor;vertical-align:baseline;max-width:620px!important"><span>Gov. Butch Otter proposed the task force in December and asked the State Board of Education to appoint members, lead the discussion and develop a series of recommendations in time for the 2014 Legislature.</span></div>
