sale of military-style assault rifles, a prohibition on the sale of ammunition
magazines that hold more than ten rounds, a requirement of universal background
checks for every gun purchase and closing gun show and other gun purchase
loopholes. A petition advocating responsible gun ownership will be
available and there will be local musicians and speakers. We invite all
concerned citizens to join us in supporting legislation to help stop gun

invasion of Afghanistan. Since October 2001, the group has held a Peace
