higher <VAR id=yui-ie-cursor></VAR>law is forced on them. Have heart though,
before 2017, the Supreme Court will rule that it is illegal to discriminate on
the basis of sexual orientation. Then, even Idaho will have to end its
discrimination.</SPAN></DIV>
