If no one got in there they would have stayed trapped in the house. It was hot there was no food- no water. It was just a horrible situation."</span></p><p style="margin: 8px 0px; padding: 0px; "><span style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0);">Damon Sleicher said he walked into a Cape Coral foreclosure Wednesday.</span></p><p style="margin: 8px 0px; padding: 0px; "><span style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0);">"Urine all over the place, feces everywhere, and cats in every room."</span></p><p style="margin: 8px 0px; padding: 0px; "><span style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0);">He quickly noticed sixteen pairs of eyes staring back at him.</span></p><p style="margin: 8px 0px; padding: 0px; "><span style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0);">Sleicher brought all of the cats to the Southwest Florida Veterinary Care Center. The Vet carefully looked over each one. Then he paid the one-thousand dollar vet bill.</span></p><p style="margin: 8px 0px; padding: 0px; "><span style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0);">Dr. Stephanie King said, "Quite a few of them had hematomas that's pockets of blood, potentially infections in their ears, we think their were probably a lot of fighting in the house when they were confined so there was trauma in their ears from that."</span></p><p style="margin: 8px 0px; padding: 0px; "><span style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0);">Dr. King said two of the sixteen have club feet and one may need his leg amputated.
