(Attached) in it, he demands massive infringements on the natural rights of self defense for all Idahoans, in clear violation of the Second Amendment.</div><div><br></div><div>Steed just also happens to be the chair of the <u>Latah County GOP</u>.</div><div><br></div><div>Tonight is the annual fundraiser for the Latah County GOP, their "Lincoln Day Dinner" which will be held at Moscow's University Inn Best Western. A spontaneous protest has evolved in response, <u><b>at which we will demand the resignation or ouster of Steed from his position.</b></u></div><div><u><br></u></div><div><font size="6" color="#ff2600"><b>Join us as we protest on the sidewalk outside the University Inn Best Western starting TONIGHT at 5:00 PM.</b></font></div><div><br></div><div>This afternoon I was contacted by an officer with the Moscow Police Department. They are concerned about the protest, and although this is not a formal Palouse Liberty Project event, and I am most decidedly NOT in charge of it, I have been asked to relay some concerns/requests. I have some of my own as well, which I will intermingle.</div><div><br></div><div>Keep in mind we are not protesting the University Inn or the Latah Republicans.</div><div><br></div><div>While the GOP is not necessarily our friend, many in this organization are not our enemies, either. They are supportive of our efforts, they are constitutionally oriented, and they were taken by surprise by this just as much as we were. Until and unless they allow Steed to stay on as chair, they do not deserve our ire. Walter Steed acted on his own, and did not advise them. Keep that in mind.</div><div><br></div><div>The UIBW is a privately owned business, and if we are true to our beliefs, we must respect their natural rights just as much as we are asking for ours to be respected. That being said, <u>stay off their property</u>. Do not park on their property. Under no circumstances should you open carry on their property. If you want to be trespassed off their property and potentially land yourself in some unnecessary legal trouble, then ignore these recommendations. Just as much as that 30 round mag is yours, their property is theirs. Be respectful.
