situation doesn't do well in school (because he/she is already in a situation
which makes it difficult to excell), by all means cut any support which could
level the playing field for the child---like a roof over the head, food in the
belly, and a parent in the home. Does this guy have $$$ invested in the prison
system? If people can't get minimum needs met, especially young people, they
turn to crime to solve the starvation issue. </FONT></DIV>
