Make it a major crime to own an uninsured gun or to sell a gun to someone without gun insurance, including manufactures. It only seems fair that if <SPAN style="RIGHT: auto" id=misspell-2><SPAN>someone</SPAN></SPAN> is going to own a weapon that could harm people they also need to be
financially responsible for any harm that weapon may cause by their actions or <SPAN style="RIGHT: auto" id=misspell-3><SPAN>in-actions</SPAN></SPAN> regarding its use, storage, and transfer of ownership.</SPAN></div>

As to the incident in New Mexico according to CNN at 6:00 AM this morning there was an AR present but they could not confirm that it was the weapon used.</div></DIV>

Far more people are killed by blunt objects, sharp and pointy objects and flesh and bone objects then are killed by so called assault weapons.
