people to own whatever gun they wish is to require liability insurance on
the guns. Let the insurance companies figure out who and what gun is more
of a risk and charge them accordingly. Someone who is less stable, loses his
guns, doesn't own a gun safe, or never took a gun safety class, would pay more.
Make it a major crime to own an uninsured gun or to sell a gun to someone
without gun insurance, including manufactures. It only seems fair that if
<SPAN style="RIGHT: auto" id=misspell-2><SPAN>someone</SPAN></SPAN> is going
to own a weapon that could harm people they also need to be
financially responsible for any harm that weapon may cause by their actions or
<SPAN style="RIGHT: auto" id=misspell-3><SPAN>in-actions</SPAN></SPAN> regarding
its use, storage, and transfer of ownership.</SPAN></DIV>
