</b>All City offices will be closed on Dec. 24 at noon, and the Hamilton Indoor Recreation Center (HIRC) will be closed at 6 p.m. All City offices and facilities will be closed on Dec. 25 and Jan. 1. Police and Fire emergency services will be available as

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify">In light of these holiday closures, City Council and Committee meetings for December and January have been adjusted. The Moscow City Council Committee meetings scheduled for Dec. 24 have been cancelled. There
will be a special Public Works/Finance Committee meeting at 3 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 3, 2013. Included on the agenda for that meeting will be Moscow Farmers Market fees. On Monday, Jan. 7, Moscow City Council will hold the annual City Council Organization
