</a><a name="OLE_LINK3"></a>(Moscow, Idaho) — </b>The City of Moscow, collaborating with the Moscow Chamber of Commerce, is excited to announce that the first installation of banners in downtown Moscow has been completed.
<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify">Developing a plan for banner rotation and installation is a top priority for the City and Chamber and will be developed in the coming months. It was determined that rather than waiting for the plan to be developed,
there would be an initial update of the University of Idaho banners. The City of Moscow is appreciative of the Moscow Chamber of Commerce and local businesses, Gropp Heating and Electric and Frontier Communications, for their assistance in installing the
new University of Idaho banners. This is a new approach to the installation of the banners and, as expected, it worked very well.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify"><o:p> </o:p></p>
