as to who won the $2.38 million bid for the Moscow Federal<BR>Building was solved with an announcement by its new owner, Gritman Medical<BR>Center, today following its Pink Tea fundraiser.<BR><BR>The auction closed early Sunday with Gritman putting in a final $20,000<BR>offer over a $2.36 million bid Saturday with no one else challenging. The<BR>hospital had 10 business days to provide 10 percent of the bid or a little<BR>more than $238,000.<BR><BR>Hospital board director B.J.
