<p class="MsoNormal">The Moscow Arts Commission presents the Moscow Mayor’s Arts Awards 2012 to recognize individuals and organizations who have shown substantial support of the arts. Recipients will be honored at the 1912 Center on October 24, 2012
<i>at 7:00pm</i>. Artist Rebecca Rod will be creating unique pottery vases for the awards recipients this year.<o:p></o:p></p>
