Minorities will be turned away while Whites will not even be carded. It will be a huge expensive <SPAN style="RIGHT: auto" id=misspell-4><SPAN>constitutional</SPAN></SPAN> crisis until a Federal Court rules
them all ID requirments innvalid<VAR id=yui-ie-cursor></VAR> or sets a single national standard. One way to invalidate democracy is to invalidate the election process. </SPAN></div>
