style="background-color: transparent; ">Saturday after getting complaints from neighbors about loud noise and possible underage drinking.</div><div style="background-color: transparent; ">When officers arrived, they found about 250 people at the home and the area around it. Police say many of</div><div style="background-color: transparent; ">those people tried to run away. Others tried to hide inside the house in the attic or backyard, police say.</div><div style="background-color: transparent; ">Boise police had extra patrol officers on duty Saturday night who were being paid overtime from a State of</div><div style="background-color: transparent; ">Idaho grant to curb underage drinking, Boise Police Officer Jermaine Galloway said. That allowed officers to</div><div style="background-color: transparent; ">set up near the house and corral many of the partygoers before they were able to leave, he said.</div><div style="background-color: transparent;
">Galloway estimated that almost all partygoers were under the age of 21. As of Monday morning, no one had</div><div style="background-color: transparent; ">been charged with providing alcohol to minors. Galloway said it appears many of the partygoers brought</div><div style="background-color: transparent; ">alcohol with them to the party: officers saw several people walking up to the party carrying alcohol.</div><div style="background-color: transparent; ">Boise police had been getting complaints from residents of that neighborhood, which is south of campus</div><div style="background-color: transparent; ">between Boise and Broadway Avenues, for more than a month about underage drinking and loud parties in</div><div style="background-color: transparent; ">the area, Galloway said.</div><div style="background-color: transparent; ">Saturday’s party was one of the biggest Boise police have busted up in years, Galloway said.</div></font></span></div><div
