The initiating 911 call came through a citizen report of shots fired, and the first responding officer found evidence that was consistent with a firearm discharge. Further investigation revealed that the damage had actually been done by an air gun of some type, <i>not</i> a firearm. The only damage reported was a broken car window, and no injuries were reported. After sufficient investigation had confirmed the actual circumstances of the event, and “All Clear” message was sent using the same Crisis Communication System.</span></div></body></html>
