Maybe God thought this was the site of the evil Democratic National Convention and sent Isaac by mistake? Doubtful. Maybe this gives the Republicans the opportunity to take credit for minimizing the damage caused by Isaac due to all of their prayers which were answered? I guess we'll have to wait and see how this all plays out and how the spin doctors position it.<br><br> </div></body>
