<div style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify" class=yiv2143434753MsoNormal><B>July 31, 2012 - </B>The <SPAN style="COLOR: black">Moscow Police Department, in conjunction with agencies throughout the state, is focusing its efforts to target aggressive drivers. The emphasis patrols will take place from August 1<SUP>st</SUP>, 2012 through August 13<SUP><SPAN id=misspell-2 class=mark>th</SPAN></SUP>, 2012. According to Idaho Transportation Department (<SPAN id=misspell-3 class=mark>ITD</SPAN>) statistics, more Idahoans between the ages 4 through 44 are killed each year as a result of traffic crashes than by natural causes. Speeding continues to be a major factor in approximately one-third of traffic deaths every year across the nation. In Idaho the number of crashes involving aggressive driving is higher than the national average. Aggressive driving represents a risk to everyone on Idaho roadways. The goal of the emphasis patrols is to eliminate
