<div style="RIGHT: auto"><SPAN style="RIGHT: auto">Equal access for all is suppose to be just that. Every business in Moscow should be <SPAN style="RIGHT: auto" id=misspell-0><SPAN>accessible</SPAN></SPAN> to EVERYONE, not just those that can walk several blocks. </SPAN></div>

<div style="RIGHT: auto"><SPAN style="RIGHT: auto">This is discrimination against several groups of people. </SPAN></div>

<div style="RIGHT: auto"><SPAN style="RIGHT: auto">Do you realize, you are making an 8-month <SPAN style="RIGHT: auto" id=misspell-1><SPAN>pregnant</SPAN></SPAN> woman walk several blocks with her other children to pick out a <SPAN style="RIGHT: auto" id=misspell-0><SPAN>maternity</SPAN></SPAN> outfit? Do you realize you are making a 90 year old woman with a walker and can barely walk go three blocks for an eye appointment? Do you realize a <SPAN style="RIGHT: auto" id=misspell-2>care provider</SPAN> cannot drop off and pick up someone that wants to shop at a downtown business when they cannot drive to the front door, or have someone drive them to front door? For some, no front door access means NO access at all. There is a reason the blue ADA parking spaces are next to the front door of businesses and NOT three blocks away around a corner and across the street. </SPAN></div>

<div style="RIGHT: auto"><SPAN style="RIGHT: auto">The government is suppose solve problems for people, not create them. It is suppose to protect the rights and equal access of the <SPAN style="RIGHT: auto" id=misspell-0><SPAN style="RIGHT: auto"><SPAN style="RIGHT: auto" id=misspell-0><SPAN>community's</SPAN></SPAN></SPAN></SPAN> most <SPAN style="RIGHT: auto" id=misspell-1><SPAN style="RIGHT: auto">vulnerable and disadvantaged</SPAN></SPAN>, not trample them because it is the seemly POPULAR thing to do. <VAR id=yui-ie-cursor></VAR></SPAN></div>
