<p class="MsoNormal">BOISE – The Association of Idaho Cities (AIC) recognized the City of Moscow with five Achievement Awards on June 20 during the 65<sup>th</sup> AIC Annual Conference in Boise June 20-22, 2012.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">All across Idaho, city leaders have dealt with economic, social and environmental challenges in creative ways. City officials can learn from each others’ experiences and improve outcomes through that awareness and enhanced potential for
