So to tie him to corruption is <SPAN style="RIGHT: auto" id=misspell-1><SPAN>ludicrous</SPAN></SPAN>. No President, and no government, has ever had zero corruption. Washington DC is a giant magnet for corruption. Grant has been rated as the second most corrupt President<VAR id=yui-ie-cursor></VAR>, only behind Harding. Considering the year, what major policy exactly could you possibly disagree with of Truman?</SPAN></div>

He is not the only president that has had these qualities. Grant for instance was honest and personally frugal. There were however those
