One in <SPAN style="RIGHT: auto" id=misspell-1>particular </SPAN>is the inability of small businesses to pool insurance for workers across state lines because of regulations. Licensing and permit fees are another <SPAN style="RIGHT: auto" id=misspell-2><SPAN>hindrance</SPAN></SPAN> since a flat fee is a form of regressive tax, hurting smaller sized businesses. Local zoning and parking laws crush small business communities significantly, like in Moscow, especially downtown. </SPAN></div>

<div style="RIGHT: auto"><SPAN style="RIGHT: auto">It wasn't until big businesses starting meddling and introducing new regulation legislation via huge sums of cash to legislators that small businesses started disappearing in large numbers while big businesses took their market share. A healthy market of business size should look like a bell curve, not <SPAN style="RIGHT: auto" id=misspell-0><SPAN>skewed</SPAN></SPAN> way over to one size with 17 <SPAN style="RIGHT: auto" id=misspell-1><SPAN>mammoth</SPAN></SPAN> sized corporations owning 95% of the wealth and market share. It is bound to collapse. <VAR id=yui-ie-cursor></VAR></SPAN></div>
