<div style="RIGHT: auto"><SPAN style="RIGHT: auto">The way it works is if you don't have the money or insurance for your prescriptions, you don't get them. In assisted living facilities we simply ensure the residents take their medications and take them correctly. We cannot do that if the medications is not there because they don't have the means to get it<VAR id=yui-ie-cursor></VAR>. So a hold order has to be given. If not, we have a medication treatment error which is a black mark on the facility. If you get enough black marks, your facility gets fined, and even <SPAN style="RIGHT: auto" id=misspell-4><SPAN>possibility</SPAN></SPAN> put on <SPAN style="RIGHT: auto" id=misspell-5><SPAN>probation</SPAN></SPAN> and/or shut down. Then of course, all those people have to move to another facility and it can even kill some of them, like it did with Latah Healthcare Services in 2006. </SPAN></div>

<div style="RIGHT: auto"><SPAN style="RIGHT: auto">It isn't news that if you don't pay for your medications in the United States, you don't get your medications. So there is nothing to report to the media. However, I think people think that Social Security and Medicare will cover people, and it doesn't. People need to know that. However, I think it would be a good idea for the media to better report on the facts of life of people on medicare, medicaid, social security, and the decisions that they have to make because of a shortage of funds for their medical needs and the government's willingness to provide those needs for those that cannot provide for themselves. </SPAN></div>

be losing support for job coaching which has kept her employed for the past fifteen years. Our three legislators fought a valiant fight for her during the past session when her budget was cut by more than 30%, and were told she <SPAN>wouldn</SPAN>’t be losing any more benefits. That is proving to be not true. </DIV>
