John M. Delaney said.</span><br><span></span><br><span>Longo grabbed a bag of chips and a pack of Orbit Tropical Remix gum and as he paid for them the store’s female clerk whispered that a man inside the store was shoplifting items and putting them inside his pockets, Delaney, aide to Commissioner William J.
